My name is Sage Sakiri, owner and chef of Chef Sage. I have been culinary trained in CIS Lucerne and LeNotre Paris, studied under the late Master Chef Franco Moreti, Master Chef Urs Frey and The Late Master Chef Gaston LeNotre. I won Texas 1st and 2nd place in chocolate tier of 2008. While in New York, I started a new trend on Food in 2010 for introducing a new Balkan cuisine. I am well-traveled and educated now it’s time for me to begin a new era in the heart of DFW at the village of Colleyville, a destination spot. I look forward to serving you.
